Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays in Spain. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CET) are typically prepared for dispatch on the next business day.


Please note that during peak periods, dispatch may take up to two-Four additional business days.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all EU countries, as well as the United States, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein.

3. Carriers & Tracking

All shipments are handled by reputable courier services and include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

4. Customs & Import Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that our products can be legally imported into their country.
We are not liable for delays, seizures, or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.


If a parcel is returned due to customs issues, a partial refund will be issued, minus a 15% restocking fee and payment gateway fees. If the parcel is not returned to us, no refund will be issued.

5. Failed Deliveries & Non-Collection

In most cases, undeliverable parcels are sent to an abandoned parcel center by the shipping carrier. Once sent there, recovery is not possible.


If a parcel is returned to us due to failure to arrange redelivery or collection from a local depot, return shopping charges & a 15% restocking fee and payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund.


No refund will be issued if the parcel is not returned.

6. Duties & Import Charges

All customs duties, taxes, inspection fees, clearance charges, or storage costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.


Returns & Refunds

1. Customer Verification

To protect against fraudulent transactions, we may request a valid photo ID and proof of address for certain orders.
If the customer is unable or unwilling to provide the required documents, the order will be canceled and the payment refunded, minus the full payment gateway processing fee, which includes:

  • Stripe’s transaction fee
  • Any currency conversion fees
  • Related banking fees incurred during the transaction

These charges are non-refundable from the payment processor and must therefore be covered by the customer.

2. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

3. Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and packaged in the original packaging.


Items that are opened, altered, damaged, or returned late will not be accepted.
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.


If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A 15% restocking fee and payment gateway fees will be deducted unless the return is due to a product defect.

5. Defective Items

For items visibly damaged in transit, a replacement or full refund will be offered—subject to availability and your preference.


Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and must include photographic evidence.

Payment Methods

1. Acepted Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods for orders within Europe and internationally:

  • Credit or debit card via Stripe
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay

All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We do not store or access your card details at any time.

2. Payment Gateway & Banking Fees

Please note that all transactions processed through our payment gateway (Stripe) are subject to non-refundable fees, including:

  • A standard processing fee charged by Stripe (typically around 2.9% + €30 per transaction)
  • Any currency conversion fees, if your card is issued in a currency other than the Euro (€). These are applied automatically by Stripe or your issuing bank.
  • Additional bank service fees, which may vary depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

If an order is canceled or refunded—due to customer error, unverifiable information, or at your request—all applicable gateway, conversion, and banking fees will be deducted from the refund.

Dried Poppy Pods is headquartered in Madrid, Spain.


Any disputes arising from purchases made through our website shall be governed by Spanish law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madrid, Spain.
