Returns / Refund / Cancel order policy:
We aim to keep all our customers and guest users to provide a user friendly service, In case of non-satisfaction, Order refund return cancellation policies are mentioned below clearly these terms do not affect client’s statutory rights.
NON 100 % satisfied Clients are most welcome to return goods, however, Its necessary to send an Email with Reason for returning with complete and all details related to order (Purchase date, product, amount paid, quantity bought etc.) Please note if there is NO damage or fault with the order, shipping cost will not be refunded and return shipping charges will be bear by customer.
Refunds will only proceed after the confirmation mail of acceptance for refund of complete or partial order sent. Payment will be returned back in the same mode of transaction of purchase. The agreed refund amount will be Proceeded in the within 7 working days (shipping charges are not refundable) customer must return the order in its original packing and condition within seven days of receipt.
Customers can cancel an order at any time before the goods were shipped, subject to our acceptance and agreement via Email. Once the order shipped, we reserve the right not to accept a cancellation without any valid reason and refunds may not proceeded to customers. In Certain cases, we depend on third parties to complete client’s specific order, in that case we will be not able to return the goods to the organisation from where we arranged. So that’s why cancellation, Return and refund will not be preceded.
